The Customer Success Engineer is focused on enabling customers to better utilize Evernym products and espouse the philosophical tenets of self-sovereign identity. Part of this role is working directly with customers to provide technical support, which includes both helping with software installations, as well as conceptual questions. Additionally, this role works within the Customer Success department to help design and build solutions to support customer-focused initiatives. This is a hybrid role.
