Evernym is building the next generation of digital interactions between individuals, organizations, and things using cutting edge blockchain technology. We knew for this technology to be truly trusted, no one could own it–it must be decentralized–so we created and released Sovrin, the first open-source blockchain dedicated to self-sovereign identity, which now has its own thriving open-source community around it. Evernym works with leading companies, institutions, governments and NGOs to create and deploy new private-by-design solutions which give individuals true control and ownership of their personal data.
We are a global (London, Salt Lake City, Seattle, Belgrade) startup helmed by a team with a track record of execution. We are addressing the crisis of trust which pervades the modern digital world, and we are looking for talented, adventurous, entrepreneurial folks to join us.
In conjunction with the other technical team members, the Documentation Coordinator oversees the development of content to explain cryptographically sophisticated, secure communication concepts and the software that manages them in a user-friendly, consumable way.
Much of the documentation is written by engineers or other technical employees. This then needs to be organized for deployment to our websites and other delivery mechanisms. Editorial oversight is also needed so ensure consistent voice and approach.
Starting from various types of content, such as engineering documents, informal whiteboard sessions, raw video captured during meetings, slide decks, conference talks, white papers and in-person interview, the Documentation Coordinator works with content creators to develop a coherent narrative with curated terminology, intelligent sequencing and so forth. The Documentation Coordinator’s main primary foci are improving the ability of those creating this content and getting the content through the “last mile” to final production.
